• I reserve the right to refuse and terminate a commission at any time.

• Any hint of disrespectful behavior is not tolerated and will result in cancellation of the commission. 

  • Client will receive a partial refund depending on the amount of work completed. Refund is only applicable here.

  • I have full right to refuse any service to the client in the future.

• Client must send 50% or full upfront payment before the commission starts.

• Payment methods are accepted via Payoneer (card, PayPal, or bank transfer, e-wallet), Wise (bank transfer), or GCash.

  • For Payoneer, client chooses either receiving an invoice (recommended) or a payment request link. It will be sent via provided email once the commission details and payment are finalized.

    • An invoice won't ask you for a Payoneer account. However, I will ask you for information such as [First Name, Last Name, Email, Address, City, Zip Code, Country] as required by Payoneer's payment verification to create and send you the invoice link. Rest assured your information stays secured and is only used to verify your payment by Payoneer. Do NOT share the invoice. 

    • Payment request link does not require me to ask any information. However, after receiving the link, you might see Payoneer asking you to enter an email and create a password during the checkout process. This is to complete your payment.

  • For Wise, you will be sent a payment request link. You are not required to make an account; however, you can only pay via bank transfer.

  • Expect additional fees from both Payoneer and Wise.

  • A QR code or link will be sent for GCash payments.

• No refund policy once payment is received.

• Rush fee will be charged for tight deadlines.

• Design fee will be charged if no references are provided and relies on my understanding of solely client's descriptions.

• Additional fees will be charged for major revisions or complexity of the commission. (see "Revisions" section)

• Final price of commissions may change depending on the simplicity or complexity of the request.

  • Price ranges are negotiable especially if the request is simple.

  • It is up to my judgement what counts as simple and complex in any commission request.

• Client must send the final payment before receiving the final product.

• Client agrees to pay the total amount specified in the invoice/GCash.

  • For Filipino clients, I will provide the USD>PHP conversion for your convenience.

• It is the sole responsibility of the client to bear any currency conversion costs, bank transfer fees, payment provider service fees and any other costs involved in transferring funds to the artist.

• I accept Discord Nitro or Discord Shop Items (chosen by me) as payment, depending on the final price and type of commission. 

• Bulk orders and

• Returning clients (at 5th commission) will get a discount on all future commissions!

• Kindly ensure your responses are direct and easy to understand when submitting the commission form.

• Maintain professional conduct and respond in a timely fashion.

• Provide references to determine your desired request.

• I will show watermarked WIPs via email throughout the commission process.

• Do not hesitate to approach me for updates or concerns regarding your commission. Let's work together to give you the best output.

• SFW requests only.

• Resolution is (2000 x 2000 px) maximum. Larger resolutions upon request will have additional charges. 

• Make sure you have taken a look at my art and understand my expertise and limitations of what I can illustrate.

  • You can check my Instagram page to view more artworks (mostly fanart) that I have done.​

• Request Types (Character Design)

  • Can Do: OCs, Couples/Ships, Humans, Animatronics, People from Photos, Fanart

  • Can't Do: Furry, Excessive Gore, Extremely Detailed Mecha, NSFW, Nudity, Anything Racist, Sexist, Homophobic, Political, Discrimination

• I also accept other custom work like Emotes, YouTube Thumbnails, Posters, Comics, Logos, Graphic Design, etc. 

  • Please take note I may not have samples for other custom work.​

• Backgrounds have separate charges from the character base price list.

• It is up to my judgement what counts as basic or complex design in any commission.

• If you are looking to hire me for a longer-term project, send me an email! 

• Client is provided unlimited minor revisions and one major revision during the sketch phase.

• 3 minor revisions are allowed beyond the sketch phase.

• Excessive minor revisions that extend the work duration or add complexity may incur extra charges. 

• I reserve the authority to decide what qualifies as a minor or major revision.

• I have full rights over the commissioned work

• I reserve the right to add a watermark on personal use artworks.

• I have the right to post the artwork on social media platforms. 

• Client must clearly state whether the commissioned work is for personal or commercial use.​

  • ​Personal Use: for personal enjoyment only (like profile decor, header, print for yourself, social media posts with credit)

  • Commercial Use: for promotion of product, brand, or business, monetized content (like YouTube thumbnails, stream, merch, logo, etc.)

• Additional fees will apply for commercial use work.

You may use or modify the commissioned work in the following:

• Print for personal use only.

• Crop/Resize to use for your profile, avatar, header, etc.

• Use as reference for a study only.

• Post on social media platforms with visible credit to me.

You are never allowed to use the commissioned work in the following:

• Sell, distribute, reproduce merch, use for promotion or monetization without purchase of commercial rights.

• Used in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.

• Alter, color, painting over sketches, line art, and artwork as a whole in ways not covered under the allowed uses above.

• Remove my watermark/signature.

• Claim artwork as your own.

• The commissioned piece will be delivered to your provided email.

• You will receive the following:

  • Rough and/or Final Sketch​

  • Rendered Sketch and Flat Colored Art (by purchasing a Full Render)

  • Final Commissioned Artwork
